Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Basic math skills
- Intermediate product knowledge including knowledge of temperature, chemical reactions, and bakery products
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs
- Basic understanding of the English language including the ability to communicate and read basic instructions, schedules, and signage
- Excellent customer service skills
- A positive attitude is essential

Job Duties
- Baking artisan breads, bagels, croissants, cookies, and other pastries
- Merchandising and packaging bakery goods
- Loading carts and racks with fresh products
- Lifting and stacking flour and other supplies
- Operating kitchen machinery including ovens, proofers, and mixers
- Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and attractive work environment
- Assisting bakery clerks and providing excellent customer service
