- Previous baking or culinary experience preferred
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must pass E-Verify Employment Eligibility Verification
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workstation

- Previous experience as a baker or in a similar role preferred

Job Duties
- Report to work on time as scheduled
- Maintain uniform and personal hygiene according to restaurant standards
- Prepare all baked goods including fillings, tarts, cakes, pies, and breads following company recipes and quality standards
- Ensure proper food safety techniques are used during preparation including hand washing and glove use
- Keep workstation clean and sanitary including prep tables, refrigeration units, floors, and shelving
- Know and follow all emergency procedures
- Report any unsafe conditions or accidents immediately
