Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous baking or culinary experience preferred
  • Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Must pass E-Verify Employment Eligibility Verification
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized workstation

  • Previous experience as a baker or in a similar role preferred

Job Duties

  • Report to work on time as scheduled
  • Maintain uniform and personal hygiene according to restaurant standards
  • Prepare all baked goods including fillings, tarts, cakes, pies, and breads following company recipes and quality standards
  • Ensure proper food safety techniques are used during preparation including hand washing and glove use
  • Keep workstation clean and sanitary including prep tables, refrigeration units, floors, and shelving
  • Know and follow all emergency procedures
  • Report any unsafe conditions or accidents immediately
