Job Requirements
- Minimum of an associate degree in related field
- Two years previous experience in related field
- An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to hear and speak well enough to communicate with customers, students, faculty, and staff face to face, and maintain a pleasant and inviting environment for all
- Must be able to produce products using standard and non-standard recipes
- Must have basic pastry skills
- Must be able to work with others and supervise interns in the production of like items
- Must be able to evaluate product errors and make corrections to prevent waste
- Must maintain a proper inventory of stock items for production of retail/wholesale products
- Must be able to keep simple records
- Must be able to conduct inventory and report needed supplies
- Must maintain proper sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of an associate degree in related field

Job Duties
- Follows recipes and production sheets accurately
- Responsible for sanitation
- Maintains proper levels of inventory for the display cases and customer orders
- Supervision of interns that are assigned to their station
- Performs other duties as assigned
