Job Description

Crumbl Cookies is a dynamic and innovative bakery company known for its delicious and high-quality baked goods, particularly its signature chocolate chip cookies. Co-founded by Jason McGowan (CEO) and Sawyer Hemsley (COO), Crumbl has rapidly grown from a small dream into a thriving business with multiple locations, including Vancouver Mall and a new site on 192nd Ave closer to Camas. The company prides itself on creativity, continuous improvement, and exceptional customer service, making it a beloved destination for cookie enthusiasts and food lovers alike.

At Crumbl, the work environment emphasizes friendly, enthusiastic, and passionate service. The company looks for team members who genuinely enjoy serving guests and thriving in a fast-paced setting. While prior work experience is not mandatory, applicants with customer service or food service backgrounds are often preferred. Crumbl offers part-time positions for individuals with relatively open availability, providing flexibility for students, part-time workers, or anyone looking to be part of a growing team.

The Baking role at Crumbl is a critical and rewarding position within the company. The baker is responsible for preparing high-quality baked goods by carefully following specific recipes, performing quality checks on ingredients and finished products, and using frostings, glazes, fillings, and other toppings to enhance presentation. Beyond baking, the role includes greeting customers, answering questions, managing orders, maintaining cleanliness of workstations and equipment, and ensuring the kitchen is fully stocked and ready for service. This hands-on position demands efficiency, attention to detail, and a genuine focus on delivering excellent food quality and customer satisfaction.

Successful bakers at Crumbl are friendly and focused individuals who take pride in their craftsmanship and enjoy working in a collaborative environment. They possess strong communication and time management skills, have the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and thrive under the demands of a busy kitchen environment. Physical stamina is essential as the job requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting heavy items throughout the shift.

Crumbl also emphasizes career growth and leadership opportunities, offering employees a chance to gain real-world management experience and work towards their professional goals. Competitive pay, tips, employee discounts, and flexible scheduling are among the benefits that make working at Crumbl appealing.
