Job Requirements

  • Ability to work weekends
  • Ability to work in a hot, hectic environment
  • Stand, walk, bend, use hands, appliances, and lift heavy items for extended periods
  • Have a valid driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Food handler’s permit
  • Lift 10-50 lbs

Job Duties

  • Read and understand Crumbl recipes
  • Measure and combine ingredients using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make cookies
  • Decorate and display the finished product
  • Test ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls
  • Greet customers, answer questions, make recommendations, accept orders and payment, and provide exceptional customer service
  • Clean and restock the workstation and ensure all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift
