Job Requirements
- Ability to identify various forms of dough and bakery ingredients
- Ability to adhere to recipes food preparation instructions and production guidelines
- Knowledge of basic bakery and pastry production techniques
- Ability to work nights weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs
- Ability to pass a background check if 18 years of age or older which may include credit criminal DMV previous employment education and personal references per company policy unless prohibited by federal state or provincial law
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of basic bakery and pastry production techniques
- Ability to adhere to recipes food preparation instructions and production guidelines
- Minimum one year experience working in a bakery setting
- Strong attention to detail

Job Duties
- Performs various operations including rolling cutting baking scaling weighing mixing measuring and ingredient preparation
- Stocks and maintains walk-in and reach-in refrigerators as well as dry storage areas
- Monitor sanitation spoilage and supply waste
- Ability to identify various forms of dough and bakery ingredients
- Adhere to recipes food preparation instructions and production guidelines
- Work nights weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs
- Assist bakers with plating and presentation of bakery items
