Job Requirements

At least 1 year of experience working in a bakery setting
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes
Ability to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
Ability to pass a background check if 18 years of age or older

Job Duties

Perform various operations including rolling, cutting, baking, scaling, weighing, mixing, measuring, and ingredient preparation
Stock and maintain walk-in and reach-in refrigerators and dry storage areas
Monitor sanitation, spoilage, and supply waste
Assist bakers in plating items
Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
Maintain cleanliness of workstations and equipment
Support inventory management
