Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- able to complete required job training and assessments successfully
- capable of standing for long periods
- willing to work in a fast-paced environment
- adherence to company policies and procedures
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in bakery or food preparation a plus
- ability to stand for extended periods
- multitasking skills
- strong communication and teamwork abilities
- basic computer skills for operating digital tools
- understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Collaborate with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- operate baking equipment and prepare bakery merchandise according to recipes and production needs
- wrap, label, and store baked goods following company policies and food safety standards
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and work area
- use handheld technology to monitor production quality and inventory
- ensure quality, date control, and proper packaging of bakery items
- assist members with their bakery orders and provide excellent customer service
