Job Duties
- Collaborates with team members to build a strong bakery team and communicate effectively
- prepares bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by following recipes and operating baking equipment
- wraps, labels, and stores bakery items according to company policies and food safety standards
- utilizes digital tools to make business decisions related to production, ordering, and product quality
- maintains cleanliness and member-ready bakery area while enforcing quality and date control standards
- assists members with product inquiries and purchasing decisions
- adheres to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards throughout all tasks
