Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- communicates with team members and adapts to business needs by working in various areas
- prepares bakery merchandise by operating baking equipment and following recipes
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to policies and procedures
- ensures compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
- operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment
- leverages digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience
- uses handheld technology to manage production, ordering, training, and product quality decisions
- maintains clean, neat, and member-ready bakery areas
- ensures quality and date control standards for bakery items
- assists members with purchasing decisions
- secures fragile and high-shrink merchandise
- executes high-quality service and products
- complies with company policies and ethics
- completes assigned work using resources and collaborating with others
- adapts to feedback and changes in the workplace
