Job Duties
- Prepare bakery department merchandise by following recipes and make-up instructions
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize baking equipment
- Wrap, label, and store bakery items according to company policies
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation, and inventory management
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting members and answering inquiries
- Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready bakery area
- Collaborate with team members and adapt to business needs
