Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
communicates with team members and adapts flexibly to business needs
prepares bakery merchandise based on daily production needs following recipes and company policies
operates, maintains, and sanitizes baking equipment
ensures compliance with food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
leverages digital tools for sales and operational decisions
maintains clean, neat, and member-ready work areas
ensures quality control, date control, and proper packaging of bakery items
assists members with purchasing decisions
advocates for high-quality service and products
complies with company policies and ethics
completes work assignments effectively by collaborating and communicating progress
adapts to changes and feedback while seeking improvement opportunities
