Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capable of following detailed recipes and instructions
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- willing to complete all required job trainings and assessments within prescribed time

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in bakery or food preparation roles advantageous
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills for inventory and labeling purposes
- familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards
- comfortable using handheld technology for business processes
Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- operates baking equipment and follows recipes to prepare bakery merchandise
- wraps, labels, and stores bakery items according to company policies
- ensures compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management
- utilizes digital tools to enhance production, ordering, and product quality decisions
- maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready bakery area
- assists members with bakery orders and purchasing decisions
