Job Duties
- Collaborates with team members to build a strong bakery team
- prepares bakery merchandise following recipes and company standards
- operates and maintains baking equipment
- ensures compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines
- leverages handheld technology to manage production and inventory
- maintains quality control and date compliance
- provides exceptional customer service and assists members with purchasing decisions
