Job Duties
- Prepare bakery department merchandise by operating baking equipment and following recipes
- Wrap, label, and store bakery items according to company policies and food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area and equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting members and answering questions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient bakery operations and member satisfaction
- Use handheld technology to manage production, ordering, and product quality
- Ensure compliance with inventory control and cold chain procedures
