Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older

- Physical ability to operate bakery equipment and perform cleaning duties
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in food preparation or bakery environment preferred
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Basic proficiency with technology and handheld devices
- Commitment to maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
- Customer service experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- Prepares bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment
- Follows recipes and make-up instructions for preparing bakery items
- Wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies and procedures
- Ensures compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management
- Utilizes handheld technology for production decisions and merchandise ordering
- Maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready area
- Assists members with purchasing decisions and provides exceptional customer service
- Demonstrates commitment to operational excellence and company policies
