Job Requirements

- Ability to operate baking equipment safely
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Familiarity with inventory and quality control processes
- Proficiency in using digital tools and handheld technology
- Customer service experience
- Ability to multitask and handle fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- Communicates with team members and is flexible to business needs
- Prepares bakery merchandise by operating baking equipment and following recipes
- Wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies
- Ensures compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management
- Utilizes handheld technology to make production and quality decisions
- Maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready bakery area
- Provides exceptional customer service to members
- Assists members with purchasing decisions
- Secures fragile and high-shrink merchandise
- Eliminates waste and ensures operational excellence
- Models high-quality service and products while exhibiting energy and commitment
- Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
- Completes work assignments using resources, data, and collaboration
