Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- communicates effectively with team members and adapts to business needs
- prepares bakery merchandise following recipes and production instructions
- wraps, labels, and stores products according to company policies
- ensures compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- operates and maintains bakery equipment
- uses handheld technology to manage production and merchandise ordering
- maintains a clean and organized work area
- assists members with purchasing decisions
- ensures quality and date control standards are met
- eliminates waste and secures fragile merchandise
- promotes high quality service and positive member experiences
- adheres to company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
