Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

- Experience in food preparation or bakery work beneficial
- Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable standing for extended periods while multitasking
- Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technology and tools
Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- Prepares bakery items daily by following recipes and operating baking equipment
- Wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to food safety and company standards
- Maintains a clean and organized work area to ensure member readiness
- Uses handheld technology to support production, ordering, and quality control
- Assists members with bakery orders and product information
- Ensures compliance with sanitation, cold chain, and inventory management guidelines
