Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- Communicates effectively with team members
- Prepares bakery merchandise based on daily production needs
- Operates baking equipment following recipes and instructions
- Wraps, labels, and stores bakery products according to company policies
- Ensures compliance with food safety, sanitation, and cold chain standards
- Maintains and sanitizes bakery equipment
- Uses digital tools to improve sales and member engagement
- Utilizes handheld technology for production and merchandise decisions
- Maintains a clean and member-ready workspace
- Assists members with bakery orders and purchasing decisions
- Ensures quality control and date compliance of bakery items
- Eliminates waste and secures fragile merchandise
- Models high-quality service and product standards
- Follows company policies and ethics
- Adapts to change and provides feedback for improvement
- Completes priorities using company resources
- Ensures member satisfaction as a top priority
