Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Collaborate with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- Communicate with team members and be flexible to business needs
- Prepare bakery merchandise daily by operating baking equipment and following recipes
- Wrap, label, and store bakery items according to company policies
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain practices
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- Utilize handheld technology to make business decisions related to production and merchandise ordering
- Maintain a clean and organized bakery work area
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and provide exceptional customer service
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
