Job Qualifications

- ability to operate baking equipment and follow recipes

- basic digital literacy with willingness to utilize handheld technology

Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- prepares bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment
- follows recipes and make-up instructions
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies and procedures
- ensures compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
- operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment
- leverages digital tools to improve sales and shopping experience
- utilizes handheld technology for production, ordering, training, and quality decisions
- maintains work area according to company policies and procedures
- ensures quality and date control standards
- secures fragile and high-shrink merchandise
- assists members with purchasing decisions
- advocates for the department and the club by modeling high-quality service
- complies with company policies and ethical standards
- completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources
- collaborates with managers, co-workers, customers, and business partners
- adapts to change and feedback
