Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- prepares bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs following recipes and make-up instructions
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies
- ensures compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management
- operates, maintains, and sanitizes bakery equipment
- utilizes handheld technology to make immediate business decisions and adapt to new tools
- maintains work area according to company policies, ensuring quality and date control for bakery items
- assists members with purchasing decisions and provides exceptional customer service
