Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

- experience working in a bakery or food production environment preferred
- ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- commitment to food safety and sanitation protocols
- ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- problem-solving skills to address various challenges
- customer service experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- communicates with team members and adapts to business needs
- prepares bakery merchandise by operating baking equipment and following recipes and make-up instructions
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies
- ensures compliance with food safety standards, sanitation, and inventory management
- operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment
- leverages digital tools to enhance production, ordering, and product quality
- maintains a clean and member-ready work area
- provides exceptional customer service by assisting members with purchases and inquiries
- ensures quality and date control standards are met
- secures fragile and high-shrink merchandise
- eliminates waste
- supports operational excellence and company policies
- acts as an advocate for the department and club by modeling high-quality service and products
- adapts to change and collaborates effectively with managers, co-workers, and customers
