Job Duties
- Collaborate with bakery team members to ensure smooth operations
- prepare bakery merchandise following recipes and company procedures
- operate and maintain baking equipment safely and hygienically
- wrap, label, and store bakery products to guarantee freshness and quality
- provide exceptional customer service and assist members with inquiries
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery work area
- utilize digital tools for inventory management and production tracking
