Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- prepares bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by following recipes and operating baking equipment
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies
- ensures compliance with food safety, sanitation, and inventory management standards
- utilizes handheld technology to manage production, ordering, and quality
- maintains work area cleanliness and organization
- assists members with purchasing decisions and provides exceptional customer service
- communicates effectively with team members and management
- adheres to company policies and ethical standards
- completes work assignments by prioritizing tasks and adapting to change
