Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- communicates with team members and adapts to business needs
- prepares bakery merchandise by operating baking equipment and following recipes
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies
- ensures food safety, sanitation, and inventory management compliance
- operates and sanitizes bakery equipment
- leverages handheld technology for production and ordering decisions
- maintains a clean and member-ready work area
- assists members with purchasing decisions
- manages quality and date control standards
- eliminates waste
- complies with company policies and ethical standards
- communicates progress and adapts to feedback
- advocates for high-quality service and products
- contributes to a positive member experience by smiling and greeting members
- answers member inquiries across the club as needed
