This particular role is for a Bakery/Packager Associate based at the El Monte, CA location. The position is hourly and offers a competitive wage ranging from $19.00 to $27.00 per hour, plus potential performance incentives. The Bakery/Packager Associate plays a crucial role in preparing fresh baked goods daily by following recipes, wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise to ensure high product quality and freshness for members. This position requires multitasking and excellent customer service skills. Associates must be able to operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently, ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines and inventory management practices, and provide an engaging shopping experience for members.

Beyond bakery preparation, associates serve as ambassadors for the department and the company by greeting members, helping with their orders, and maintaining clean and organized work areas.
