Not only do they operate and maintain bakery equipment safely and hygienically, but they also leverage digital tools to facilitate production decisions and improve shopping experiences. The role embodies a true team spirit, encouraging collaboration with co-workers and flexibility to assist other store areas as business needs evolve. Furthermore, associates play an active role in quality control by monitoring product expiration dates, securing fragile items, reducing waste, and ensuring all merchandise is labeled and packaged according to company policies.
