Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Collaborates with bakery team members to build a cohesive team
Prepares bakery merchandise by following recipes and operating baking equipment
Wraps, labels, and stores merchandise in compliance with company policies
Maintains cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bakery area
Uses handheld technology for production decisions and inventory management
Provides exceptional customer service and assists members with bakery orders
Ensures operational excellence by controlling quality, dates, and minimizing waste
