Job Qualifications

- Experience in food preparation, baking, or packaging is preferred but not required
- Strong multitasking skills
- Customer service skills including the ability to assist members quickly and accurately
- Problem-solving skills to maintain operational excellence
Job Duties
- Prepare bakery items by following recipes and daily production needs
- Wrap, label, and store baked goods in compliance with company policies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and member-ready bakery area
- Assist members with their bakery orders, ensuring quick and accurate service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure operational efficiency and meet production goals
- Utilize digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experiences, and enhance team engagement
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management procedures
- Be an advocate for the department by promoting high-quality service and products
- Ensure quality and date control standards for bakery items are met
