Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- prepares bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment
- follows recipes and make-up instructions
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies and procedures
- ensures compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
- operates, maintains, and sanitizes bakery equipment
- uses handheld technology to manage production, ordering, and product quality
- maintains a clean and member-ready bakery area
- assists members with purchasing decisions
- secures fragile and high-shrink merchandise
- eliminates waste
- provides exceptional customer service
- maintains positive attitude and greets members
- adheres to company policies and ethical standards
- adapts to changes and feedback to improve work processes
