Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes
Capable of standing for extended periods

Ability to use handheld digital tools

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in bakery or food service is an advantage
Ability to operate baking equipment and follow recipes accurately
Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic computer skills to utilize handheld technology
Ability to stand for long periods and multitask effectively
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
Preparing bakery merchandise by operating baking equipment and following recipes
Wrapping, labeling, and storing bakery items according to company policies
Utilizing handheld technology to manage production, ordering, and quality
Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of work area
Assisting members with purchasing decisions and providing exceptional customer service
Ensuring compliance with food safety, cold chain, and inventory standards
