We are currently seeking a dedicated Baker to join our early-morning bake team at our Amherst, MA location. This role is perfectly suited for someone who loves early hours and enjoys working behind the scenes. The Works offers both full-time and part-time roles with paid training provided to candidates who demonstrate a strong passion for baking and a willingness to learn, even if they have limited prior experience. The position requires great communication skills, the ability to work efficiently across multiple tasks, and adherence to food safety regulations. Bakers are expected to embody organization and planning skills, work well independently, and be capable of standing and moving throughout long shifts that start as early as 2:00 A.M.
