The Bakery arm of Stone Creek Coffee produces a variety of bakery items daily, including scones, muffins, laminated dough products, and many other baked goods that complement the coffee offerings throughout all Stone Creek Coffee cafes and selected partners. The role of baker is central to this mission. Bakers are responsible for executing bakery production with precision and care, ensuring that every item meets the high standards set by the company. The baker's role is not only about producing high-quality baked goods but also about managing the workspace effectively by maintaining cleanliness and sanitization, adhering to food safety protocols including allergen management, and ensuring that the bakery operates smoothly every day. Compensation for the baker position is hourly, starting at $16 per hour, with adjustments based on qualifications and experience. Part-time or full-time employment options are available, and the position is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package. Pay and performance reviews occur three times a year, including opportunities for compensation increases tied to demonstrated value to the team. Bakers participating in an "on call" weekend rotation receive additional pay incentives, including waiting time compensation and a hero pay rate for covering shifts.

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in bakery production or similar food service role preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Ability to follow detailed recipes precisely
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- ServSafe certification preferred
