Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older per applicable law
- availability to work early morning shifts starting at 2 am
- ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- reliable transportation to and from work
- willingness to comply with Dunkin' health and safety standards
- strong attention to detail and time management skills
Job Qualifications
- valid food handler certification preferred
- ability to work early morning shifts starting at 2 am
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high-quality standards
- previous experience in baking or food preparation is a plus but not required
- eagerness to learn and grow within the company
- ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
Job Duties
- prepare food items according to Dunkin' quality standards
- ensure the store is ready to open daily
- maintain cleanliness and safety protocols in the bakery and store
- manage inventory and stock supplies needed for daily operations
- provide excellent guest service ensuring customer satisfaction
- work collaboratively with team members and mentors to improve store operations
- start workday early to meet opening requirements
