As a Baker/Store Opener at Dunkin', you will play a critical role in helping America run on Dunkin' by ensuring that each store opens smoothly and is stocked with fresh, quality food items each morning. Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- availability to start work at 2 am
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift moderate weights as required
- adhere to company policies and procedures
- commitment to delivering excellent guest service
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food preparation or baking is a plus
- strong time management and organizational skills
- ability to work early morning shifts starting at 2 am
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to follow detailed procedures and safety guidelines
- enthusiasm for learning and personal growth
Job Duties
- prepare baked goods and food items according to Dunkin' standards
- ensure store is ready to open each day by completing opening procedures
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery and store areas
