Job Requirements

  • minimum 2 years professional bakery experience in a high-volume operation
  • knowledge of scaling, proofing, shaping, production, and baking using industrial bakery equipment
  • ability to follow specific company policies and procedures
  • knowledge of dough in various stages including mixes, breads, and frozen products
  • experience following standardized recipes and organizing bakery stations
  • knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation techniques
  • ability to read and identify production sheets correctly
