Job Requirements

  • minimum 2 years professional bakery experience in a high-volume operation
  • knowledge of scaling, proofing, shaping, production, and baking using industrial bakery equipment
  • ability to follow specific company policies and procedures
  • knowledge of dough in various stages including mixes, breads, and frozen products
  • experience following standardized recipes and organizing bakery stations
  • knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation techniques
  • ability to read and identify production sheets correctly

Job Duties

  • prepare and produce high-quality baked goods according to established recipes
  • mix, shape, bake, and decorate bakery items such as breads, pastries, cookies, and cakes
  • ensure consistent product quality and presentation
  • maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery and kitchen areas
  • monitor ingredient inventory and communicate supply needs
  • comply with all food safety and sanitation regulations
  • follow specific company policies and procedures
