This is a part-time role with pay ranging from $16.00 to $17.00 per hour, ideal for individuals who have a love for baking and want to be part of a dynamic team. As a Baker at Texas Roadhouse, you will play a critical part in maintaining the restaurant’s reputation by preparing fresh, made-from-scratch baked goods, including the company’s famous fresh-baked bread. The role emphasizes adherence to proper sanitation guidelines and teamwork, ensuring every item baked meets the high standards set by Texas Roadhouse. In addition to baking, Bakers contribute to the overall kitchen environment by supporting fellow staff members and exhibiting a strong sense of responsibility and pride in their work.
