Job Requirements

- Physical capability to lift and move up to 25 pounds

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- Less than 1 year of related work experience
- No supervisory experience required
- Ability to follow recipes and quality standards
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene
- Strong communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to work overnight shifts
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and food preparation checklists
- Prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, and storing them properly
- Use kitchen tools, equipment, and appliances safely and appropriately for baking and cooking
- Follow and ensure compliance with food handling safety policies and personal hygiene procedures
- Monitor and ensure correct temperatures of kitchen appliances and food, reporting any issues to management
- Clean and sanitize kitchen areas and set up workstations following hygiene and cleaning procedures
- Monitor food quality and portion sizes throughout the shift
- Adhere to company policies and safety procedures, report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management
- Wear clean and professional uniforms and maintain personal appearance
- Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and follow proper phone protocols
- Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships and support the team in achieving common goals
- Comply with quality expectations and safety standards
- Move, lift, transport, push, pull, and place objects weighing 25 pounds or less without assistance
- Navigate inclined, uneven, or slippery surfaces
- Perform physical activities including reaching overhead, bending, twisting, crouching, standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods
- Execute other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
