This full-time Baker position is located at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. The role is vital in supporting the hospital’s foodservice operations, ensuring that baked goods meet the quality and presentation standards required in healthcare environments. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with no weekend shifts, making this an attractive opportunity for candidates seeking a stable and family-friendly work routine. In this essential role, the Baker is responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, including breads, pies, cakes, cookies, and other pastries, strictly following approved recipes and production specifications. The Baker also assists in production planning to meet daily requirements and supports the maintenance of proper food presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures.

Sanitation and safety are a top priority, and the Baker must ensure all equipment, supplies, and utensils are clean and orderly at all times.
