Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability for varied hours including early mornings and weekends
- Ability to pass background check as required by law
- Possession of valid state driver's license preferred where applicable
- Eligibility for tip income subject to state regulations
- Physical capability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous baking or food preparation experience is a plus
- Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and food quality
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Basic math and measuring skills
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake fresh bagels and pastries
- Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure product availability
- Assist with order taking and sandwich making
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the store environment
- Provide excellent guest service through teamwork
- Ensure food quality and presentation standards are met
- Follow health and safety regulations
