We are currently seeking energetic and friendly individuals to join our team as Bakers at one of our franchise locations. This role is critical in ensuring the production of freshly baked yeast rolls, cakes, pies, specialty desserts, and other baked items that our guests expect. As a Baker, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of freshness, speed, cleanliness, and organization in the bakery department. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and dedication to quality are paramount. Our Bakers are expected to follow established recipes and production systems, ensuring consistency and compliance with food safety and quality standards.

The role involves preparing a variety of hand-made baked goods, including weekend breakfast items to meet production demands. Bakers must use and adhere to the buffet production system rigorously to ensure the quality and shelf life of all bakery products. Operational excellence is emphasized, with Bakers ensuring that every product is fresh, tasty, visually appealing, and served at the appropriate temperature. Following Golden Corral recipes and maintaining proper portion control and recipe yields are essential components of the position.

In addition to production, Bakers play a key role in guest service by providing courteous assistance and ensuring just-in-time delivery of baked goods. Cleanliness and adherence to health department laws are strictly enforced, with Bakers performing regular duty rosters to maintain service and quality cleanliness standards.
