Job Duties

  • Follow the guaranteed Always Fresh procedure
  • adhere to product shelf life standards
  • deliver consistent and outstanding customer service
  • maintain appealing product showcases with minimum quantity and variety
  • enhance customer service through friendly attitude and attentive behavior
  • support speed of service targets by working quickly and efficiently
  • promptly execute service recovery for any customer concerns
  • follow all operations standards for product preparation and equipment usage
  • monitor fridge and freezer inventory and submit orders
  • prepare products minimizing food waste and record production and waste
  • respond to showcase and product needs from restaurant front
  • assist in serving guests
  • regularly take and record temperatures of products and equipment
  • clean and maintain the production area
  • follow all restaurant policies and procedures
  • maintain a clean environment through regular cleanup and organization
  • follow proper hand washing and sanitation guidelines
  • comply with occupational health and safety legislation
  • follow safe work practices and procedures
  • use personal protective equipment as required
  • report all injuries, illnesses, accidents, and unsafe conditions
  • avoid operating equipment in a manner that endangers others
