Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a bakery or food service environment preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to follow safety and hygiene protocols
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work in a team setting

Job Duties
- Prepare and bake bakery products according to Costco formulas
- Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages
- Maintain cleanliness of bakery equipment and workspace
- Assist in the training of new bakery team members
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Comply with company policies and procedures
