Job Requirements

Ability to stand up for ten hours at a time
ability to lift up to fifty pounds
ability to move at a fast pace
willingness to work evening or late night shift in a fast paced, multi-tasked environment

Job Qualifications

Experience working in food preparation
ability to work independently and as part of a team
desire to learn and develop
excellent organizational and time management skills

self-starter, able to work independently
complete knowledge of bakery menu items and preparation

Job Duties

Bake the majority of a cafe's fresh bread and pastries
ensure all Panera products are prepared according to Panera's standards
meet the highest standards and consistency in food preparation, sanitation, and safety
act as a team player and accept responsibility for all tasks delegated by management
primarily work alone with minimal supervision
perform operational activities such as stocking, prep, and sanitation
incorporate the concept essence and cultural values into daily operation of the bakery-cafe
show respect for the equipment and facility by adhering to cleaning and proper operation
