Job Duties
- Bake items on assigned baking list efficiently and to criterion
- ensure quality, quantity, and variety of baked goods produced meets predetermined standards
- follow recipes accurately and consistently
- comply with all food safety standards
- meet productivity standards set by management
- prepare, store, and inventory baked goods to criterion
- assist in preparing homemade baked goods and ice cream
- use kitchen equipment properly
- complete inventories
- store and organize food and ingredients
- maintain a clean and safe work environment
- complete tasks assigned by Assistant Bakery Manager and Farm Market General Manager
