Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in baking or culinary arts preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
- capability to follow health and safety guidelines

Job Duties
- prepare and bake a variety of breads and pastries according to established recipes
- maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- manage inventory of baking supplies and reorder as needed
- ensure kitchen and work areas are clean and comply with health and safety regulations
- collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and service
- monitor baking processes closely to ensure timely delivery
- assist in training new bakery team members
