Job Description
Quality Brand Group LLC is a reputable multi-store franchisee operating several Dunkin' locations across Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Nevada, and Texas. This franchise is part of the larger Dunkin' brand known nationwide for its coffee and baked goods. Quality Brand Group specializes in creating an environment that fosters personal growth and professional development, making it a desirable workplace for those looking to build a rewarding career in the food service industry. The company emphasizes a friendly atmosphere where respect and dignity for team members and guests are paramount. Their commitment to training and empowering staff results in an engaging work setting where quality service is consistently delivered to customers, ensuring memorable experiences one guest at a time.
The Baker/Crew Member position at Quality Brand Group LLC provides a unique opportunity for individuals seeking part-time work—ideal for students or those exploring another career path—or for those interested in pursuing a career trajectory within restaurant management. Many current managers at Quality Brand Group started as crew members, highlighting the potential growth from entry-level roles to leadership positions. The role is fast-paced and requires teamwork, a strong work ethic, and a passion for quality service and operational excellence.
As a Baker/Crew Member, your role transcends simple baking tasks. You will be cross-trained in general crew responsibilities and basic baking skills, preparing delicious products such as donuts and other bakery items in accordance with strict Dunkin' and Quality Brand Group operational standards. You will work in a clean, organized environment serving customers enthusiastically, always aiming to exceed guest expectations to encourage repeat visits.
Your day-to-day activities include fostering a positive team environment by communicating effectively, arriving on time and ready to work, respecting colleagues and guests, and enthusiastically accepting coaching to grow your skills and knowledge. You'll be expected to multitask efficiently, ensuring all baking and customer service duties are performed with precision and care. Beyond baking, operational excellence demands that you prioritize guest satisfaction, respond promptly to guest needs, and resolve any issues swiftly and professionally.
Maintaining safety, sanitation, and uniform standards is critical; you will adhere to all food safety guidelines and laws while keeping your work area clean and well-stocked. This includes routine cleaning tasks and following dress code requirements, such as wearing a uniform with a hat, name tag, apron, white collared shirt, dark blue jeans, and non-slip shoes.
Minimum qualifications include basic computer skills, as training is often conducted online, basic math aptitude to handle cash transactions, and physical capabilities to manage restaurant equipment and lifting requirements. This role demands stamina and dexterity, including lifting up to 50 pounds and frequent use of hand and wrist motions.
Quality Brand Group LLC offers a supportive work environment conducive to both immediate employment needs and long-term career development. Whether you are seeking a part-time job or aiming for management, this role is designed to equip you with valuable skills and experiences within a well-known brand. Join Quality Brand Group LLC and become part of an energized team dedicated to delivering exceptional food, service, and workplace culture every day.
