Job Duties
- ensure that the guest is the number 1 priority and that every guest is treated accordingly
- manage the first 5 Moments of Magic including maintaining bakery case with fresh products, well-stocked and pleasing displays, appropriate signage, timely guest service, and inviting guests back with coupons
- communicate with Bakery Department Lead
- maintain a pleasant working relationship with entire Country Store staff
- keep department cases and display areas stocked and products rotated according to standards
- attend to counter to assist guests with product selection, packaging, questions and other requests
- maintain department product displays and signage
- maintain cleanliness and organization of work station and surrounding areas
- sample department products to guests
- take orders and place the orders appropriately
- be aware of new products and their placement
- maintain tidy storage and supply areas
- document product transfers, waste and spoilage using appropriate forms
- practice safe use of tools and equipment
- wash dishes and utensils when necessary
- slice and package bakery breads
- follow all guidelines and procedures outlined in department and health and safety manuals
- perform other duties as needed or assigned
