Job Duties
- Prepare and bake breads, cookies, pastries, and fancy desserts
- Decorate cakes according to specifications
- Operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers to ensure proper baking
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of display cases and shelves
- Ensure all baked products meet the highest quality, freshness, and safety standards
- Interact with customers to provide assistance and recommendations
- Assist in stocking and replenishing bakery inventory
